The Senior Accountant is responsible for the execution and integrity of core accounting processes, including month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger activity. Key Responsibilities
- Execute month-end close with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and analyze general ledger activity, including journal entries
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations with proper support
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies
- Support internal and external audits, including documentation preparation
- Maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting
- Identify and resolve discrepancies to improve data accuracy
- Partner cross-functionally to improve data quality
- Drive continuous improvements in accounting processes and tools

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general ledger accounting
- Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
