Hanes Industries operates in the industrial textile sector, providing textile solutions for a range of specialized markets.
We are seeking a competitive Inside Sales Representative to develop new business and support existing customer relationships at our Montreal, QC office. The role will focus on customers and prospects in construction, particularly roofing, as well as filtration, furniture and mattress manufacturing, and the hospitality sector for blackout curtain applications. This opportunity offers the chance to learn our business, connect with key industry players and grow within the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Contact prospective customers by phone and email.
  • Identify new contacts within existing customer organizations and pursue new business targets.
  • Seek new project bid opportunities.
  • Use the CRM consistently and keep customer and opportunity data current.
  • Prepare simple monthly sales activity reports and review them with their direct supervisor to stay aligned on targets, customer follow-ups and next sales priorities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • A genuine interest in the industry.
  • Self-motivated, personable and results-oriented.
  • Bilingual (English & French) preferred.

Nous recherchons une personne compétitive pour occuper le poste de représentant(e) aux ventes internes, afin de développer de nouvelles occasions d'affaires et de soutenir les relations avec la clientèle existante à notre bureau de Montréal (Québec). Le rôle ciblera les clients et prospects du secteur de la construction, particulièrement de la toiture, ainsi que les marchés de la filtration, de la fabrication de meubles et de matelas, et de l'hôtellerie pour les applications de rideaux occultants. Ce poste permet d'apprendre nos activités, d'échanger avec des acteurs clés de l'industrie et d'évoluer au sein de l'organisation.
Principales responsabilités
  • Communiquer avec des clients potentiels par téléphone et par courriel.
  • Identifier de nouveaux contacts au sein des entreprises clientes actuelles et cibler de nouvelles occasions d'affaires.
  • Rechercher des occasions de soumission pour de nouveaux projets.
  • Utiliser le CRM de façon constante et tenir à jour les donnees sur les clients et les occasions d'affaires.
  • Préparer de simples rapports mensuels sur les activités de vente et les revoir avec son supérieur immédiat afin de rester aligné sur les objectifs, les suivis clients et les prochaines priorités de vente.
Qualifications
  • Baccalauréat souhaité.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en gestion du temps et en organisation.
  • Intérêt marqué pour l'industrie.
  • Personne autonome, sociable, motivée et axée sur les résultats.
  • La maîtrise de l’anglais et du français est privilégiée
