Job Title: Plant Engineer
Reports to: Branch Manager
Location: Winston Salem, NC

To be Successful in this role:
- BS degree in an Engineering discipline
- Experience managing a Maintenance department in a large-scale manufacturing environment on multiple shifts and business units
- Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance
- Energy experience – water, gas, steam, and electricity
- Facilities management experience – machinery and building
- Experience with capital budgeting and projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department and maintenance associates.
- Ensure the proper upkeep of all production equipment and plant infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Production Managers to drive exceptional performance in Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Efficiency.
- Establish and execute a first-class Preventative Maintenance Program for all production equipment and infrastructure.
- Develop, track, and improve KPIs related to machine downtime and reliability.
- Initiate and participate in Continuous Improvement/Process Improvement projects to reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance efficiency.
- Manage the execution of Capex and other maintenance projects.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for Capex projects and department expenses.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
