Hanes Geo Components (a division of Leggett & Platt), is seeking a CDL-B Local Deliver Driver to join our team in Vancouver, WA. We offer a competitive hourly rate, no nights or weekends, and a weekly paycheck. 

QUALIFICATIONS:
-     Must have Class B CDL License.
-     Must have cooperative attitude necessary to work effectively with others.
-     Good communication skills (verbal & written).
-     Must be able to follow verbal & written work instructions.
-     Able to operate lift trucks.
-     Minimum 1-year verifiable truck driving experience. 

PRIMARY DUTIES:
The primary duties of the employee are (but are not limited to) the following:
-      Must conduct himself/herself as an agent of the company and deal with the customers with proper care and attention.
-      Ability to lift 75 – 100 pounds.
-      Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
-      Must be able to read a tape measure.
-      Perform other duties as assigned by Department Supervisor.


WAREHOUSE DUTIES:
Warehouse work will be required when not delivering goods.

  • Handling daily shipping and receiving of goods
  • Safely operating a forklift
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Accurately locating material in the warehouse
  • Knowledge of bar-coding system
  • Inventory control methods
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Department Supervisor.
